Our Phuket CBD oil uses natural organic plants as raw materials, and strictly controls the quality in the production process, and can obtain a variety of full-spectrum oils with different contents and different ratios.
Our full-spectrum CBD product contains multiple cannabis plant extracts, including essential oils, terpenes, and other cannabinoids, such as cannabinol.
CBD is one of the active compounds in the cannabis plant. Unlike tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), it doesn’t have intoxicating properties that produce a “high.” Instead, much focus is on the potential therapeutic benefits of CBD.
Full-spectrum Phuket CBD oil benefits
Because full-spectrum CBD contains all cannabis plant compounds, it may have a more potent effect than pure CBD. Research source suggests that CBD’s health benefits may be more prominent when multiple compounds from the cannabis plant are present.
Full-spectrum CBD products contain some THC, but usually at low quantities of less than 0.2% to zero THC content.
With a range of reported health benefits the usage of full-spectrum CBD oil include:
Anti-seizureRelaxation
Good Sleep
Muscle spasm relief
Depression and anxiety
Pain relief
Treatment for psychotic disorders
Inflammatory skin conditions
Neuroprotection
Relief from chemotherapy side effects
CBD oil effects on high blood pressure
If you have high blood pressure (hypertension), you may have heard that cannabidiol (CBD) can help lower blood pressure. Full spectrum CBD oil has anti-anxiety and analgesic effects, which helps to relax blood vessels. Scientists have claimed that taking a single dose (One full single dropper – Av: 1ml) of CBD oil can lower blood pressure also. If you suffer from high blood pressure, it may well be worth trying out CBD and seeing how it works for you, but start off with low dosages to begin with. It also may be worth monitoring your blood pressure while you use CBD to see if you experience any positive effects, and we recommend you also consulting with your doctor.
CBD oil Usage
The first vital step is to find your optimal CBD dose. The best way to do this is to use the following equation:
Using our full spectrum CBD oil as an example, there is 1000 mg of CBD in each 10ml bottle. So, to find your desired dose divide 1000 by 10 (10 being the 10ml bottle content) = 100 mg for every 1 ml of liquid, which is one 1ml full single dropper (or pipette).
So, one full single dropper (or pipette) usually equals around 1ml of CBD oil. One drop is about 0.05 millilitres (mL). So, if the standard measure for a dropper is 1 ml, equivalent to 20 drops, then 20 drops is 100mg, and each drop is 5mg.
This also means that the 10mL bottle of CBD oil contains around 200 drops. So, for a 10-mL bottle containing 1000 mg of CBD, each drop will contain 5mg of CBD oil, and if you take 1 drop per day (0.05 ml) the 10ml bottle will last around 200 days. This is just an estimate. Most people start off with small amounts of CBD oil per day and then move up to 2 or 3 drops p/d and so forth.
It’s generally recommended to start at 5 milligrams (1 drop) a day and work your way up to a higher CBD dose, depending on how your body reacts to the compound and what you are actually taking CBD oil for. The right amount will depend on the individual, but it is strongly advised to consult with your doctor or pharmacy first before taking CBD oil, or taking more than 10mg per day.
Also, in October 2023 the Food Standards Agency recommend that people don’t consume more than 10mg of CBD a day.
Following a comprehensive joint assessment from the advisory committee on Novel Foods and Processes (ACNFP) & Committee on Toxicity (COT) in October 2023, the study proposed an “acceptable” daily intake value from scientific evidence from human and toxicological studies supports a provisional acceptable daily intake (ADI) of 0.15 mg/kg bw/day (equivalent to 10 mg CBD/day for a 70kg adult). It is recommended that consumers do not ingest more than 10 mg CBD in any one day. Currently, somnolence (excessive tiredness) and liver effects are the main effects of concern. Going by this report we only will add a max 10mg (2 drops) to any of our beverages or food.
Is there any negative side effects take CBD oil?
Though it’s often well-tolerated, CBD can cause side effects, such as dry mouth, diarrhea, reduced appetite, drowsiness and fatigue. CBD can also interact with other medications you’re taking, such as blood thinners, but once again, it is advised to consult with your doctor or pharmacy first.
